1. Marketplace role
IMET operates a listed-price marketplace. Sellers publish approved products at seller-defined prices and may revise them; the current price is always the price charged. IMET provides quality control, logistics coordination, and payment settlement. No bidding, offer, or negotiation mechanism exists on the platform.
2. Buyer accounts
Buyer accounts require a verified email address and completed buyer verification before payment. Accounts that are inactive, blocked, or past a verification deadline cannot complete protected actions.
3. Orders and invoices
An order containing multiple sellers produces one buyer order, one sub-order per seller, and one seller-issued tax invoice per sub-order. Prices, GST, and delivery charges are recalculated from authoritative records at checkout.
4. Fulfilment
Sellers hand goods to IMET-coordinated inbound logistics. IMET performs quality control before outbound delivery to the buyer address recorded on the order.
5. Cancellation, returns, and refunds
This section is pending policy approval and is intentionally left unwritten. No cancellation, return, replacement, or refund entitlement should be inferred from this placeholder.
